Caribou Coffee Launches Cookie Butter Holiday Menu

The new Cookie Butter collection features a blend of caramelized spice and white chocolate, available as a hot or iced mocha, a blended Cooler, or an espresso shaker crafted with oatmilk. These beverages aim to mirror the warmth of traditional holiday spices, a theme that extends to the bakery case with the introduction of the Warm Spice Morning Bun—a pastry seasoned with cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, and ginger.

Alongside these additions, the company is bringing back its established holiday portfolio, such as the Cranberry Dark Chocolate collection and the Spicy Mocha, which incorporates ancho chile. Carrie Sazama, Director of Product at Caribou Coffee, noted that the menu is designed to balance nostalgic seasonal staples with new flavor experiences. The coffeehouses will also feature updated cup designs and a selection of limited-time retail items, including a Ho Ho Mint Mocha-scented candle and the returning Reindeer Blend coffee, which features aged Sumatra beans.
