Just Women’s Sports Pivots to Digital Infrastructure with Victra Buy

With a monthly reach of 115 million, media brand Just Women’s Sports is transforming its digital footprint by acquiring technology firm Victra Sports and launching a dedicated mobile application. The move signals a broader transition from content creation toward providing the central data ecosystem for women’s athletics.

The new application, now live on iOS and Android, integrates real-time statistics and personalized scheduling with the company’s existing editorial coverage. By utilizing technology developed by Victra Sports founders Haro Trenkler and Anna Malepeai, the platform aims to solve the industry’s fragmented fan experience. This development allows users to track games and player analytics in a space built exclusively for women’s sports, rather than relying on legacy platforms that often prioritize men’s leagues.

Beyond the app, the company is segmenting its output through the creation of Just Women’s Hoops and Just Women’s Football. CEO Haley Rosen notes that treating women’s sports as a single category ignores the distinct fan communities driving current growth. This structural shift follows a series of operational milestones, including a recent funding round and official media partnerships with the WNBA and NWSL, aimed at capturing the next 10 million fans in an expanding market.
