UNLEASH 2026 Hits Record Growth as AI Reshapes Global HR Strategy
A record 8,500 global leaders from 140 countries are descending upon the Paris Convention Centre for UNLEASH 2026, marking a pivotal shift in how corporations integrate artificial intelligence into their workforce. The event, running 20–22 October, highlights a massive influx of capital into HR technology and organizational design.

Ten headline sponsors, including Google Cloud, ServiceNow, and Personio, are anchoring the summit, signaling a departure from speculative AI interest toward tangible business application. Founder and CEO Marc Coleman noted that the primary challenge for leadership is no longer whether AI matters, but identifying which technologies warrant capital and how to extract measurable value from algorithmic integration.
Strategic sessions, including a joint appearance by L'Oréal CEO Nicolas Hieronimus and CHRO Jean-Claude Le Grand, aim to bridge the gap between workforce decisions and broader financial strategy. Beyond the main stage, the summit features the UNLEASH 100 gathering, where industry figures like Josh Bersin and Thomas Otter will debate the "SaaS Apocalypse" and the pressures of rapid M&A activity, such as SAP’s recent acquisition of TechWolf. The event also serves as a final ramp-up before the organization moves its flagship Paris summit to a larger venue at Porte de Versailles in 2027 and launches a new North American expansion in Miami.
