The networking forum serves as a primary stop on the international roadshow for EXPO 2027 Belgrade, which aims to leverage the event to deepen existing commercial corridors. With bilateral trade in goods hitting approximately US$2.04 billion in 2025 and over 1,200 Slovenian firms already established within the Serbian market, the summit focuses on scaling these connections through high-level dialogue.

Danilo Jerinić, CEO of EXPO 2027 Belgrade, joins Blaž Cvar of the Chamber of Craft and Small Business and State Secretary Leon Korošec to outline the roadmap for the upcoming exhibition. The event, scheduled for October 15 at the InterContinental Ljubljana, will showcase the architectural concepts for the Slovenian pavilion while setting the stage for a broader initiative that targets 50,000 business meetings and over 250 bilateral events. The Specialized Expo, themed "Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All," is slated to run from May 15 to August 15, 2027, with organizers anticipating millions of visitors and more than 140 international participants.
