The financing, arranged by a seven-lender consortium, marks a significant increase from the US$3.5 billion facility secured in May 2025. Since 2024, the platform has raised over US$6 billion in equity, leveraging support from more than 30 banking partners to fuel its development pipeline. This financial backing coincides with a rapid operational surge; the company’s billings have grown eightfold in under two years, rising from 121MW at the end of 2024 to the current 1GW milestone.

DayOne’s growth strategy is anchored by binding customer contracts. Bookings currently stand at 2.3GW, up from 1.25GW at the end of 2025, with an additional 1.1GW in reserved capacity. According to CEO Jamie Khoo, the platform’s ability to secure early-stage commitments from hyperscalers has been central to its trajectory. The company now manages a 4.6GW resource footprint, serving 15 customers—up from nine in 2024. With three hyperscalers deploying over 200MW across multiple regions, DayOne continues to prioritize high-specification facilities to support the next generation of digital infrastructure.
