24 Seven Expands IT Footprint with SRI Acquisition
Demand for specialized IT talent has only intensified as companies race to modernize their tech stacks, prompting 24 Seven to acquire Software Resources, Inc. (SRI). This deal marks the 14th acquisition for the New York-based firm, significantly bolstering its bench strength in the competitive technical staffing sector.

Founded in 1992 by CEO Tammy Giaimo, SRI brings over three decades of experience placing engineering, finance, and IT professionals across the media, government, and financial services industries. The firm has operated with a relationship-driven model under the leadership of Tammy and her husband, president John Giaimo. By integrating SRI into its portfolio, 24 Seven gains a specialized consulting pipeline that complements its existing creative and digital talent solutions.
Anthony Donnarumma, CEO of 24 Seven, noted that the acquisition allows the firm to meet the rapid pace of corporate digital modernization. For the Giaimos, the move provides a larger global platform for their existing client base while maintaining the boutique service approach they developed over the last 30 years. SRI joins a diverse family of brands under the 24 Seven umbrella, including The Sage Group, Markacy, and Simplicity Consulting.
