Andor Health Wins Frost & Sullivan Award for Agentic AI Orchestration
Frost & Sullivan has honored Orlando-based Andor Health with the 2026 Competitive Strategy Leadership Award, citing the company’s ability to deploy agentic AI that manages clinical workflows rather than merely identifying data points. The recognition marks a shift from experimental AI tools to enterprise-grade clinical accountability.
The analysis centers on the ThinkAndor® platform, which integrates ambient documentation and patient observation into a unified system. Unlike platforms tethered to a single large language model, Andor Health utilizes a patent-pending architecture that dynamically switches between AI models to match the specific requirements of each clinical task. This flexibility is a core component of the company’s strategy to maintain technology independence while ensuring interoperability across disparate health systems.
Frost & Sullivan analyst Nitin Manocha noted that the firm’s commitment to model-agnostic infrastructure allows for more precise clinical application. For health systems, this translates into measurable improvements in nursing capacity, patient throughput, and financial performance. Current enterprise deployments at Sentara, Orlando Health, and MUSC Health serve as the primary benchmarks for these outcomes.
CEO Raj Toleti emphasized that the industry is moving past the phase of disconnected AI tools. By combining intelligent automation with a licensed clinical workforce, the company aims to own the clinical outcome alongside its hospital partners. This model, which includes the Psynergy Health clinic and CMS ACCESS Model participation, positions Andor Health as an end-to-end clinical services provider rather than a traditional software vendor.
