Affordable Housing Professionals Set to Chart 2027 Strategy in Las Vegas
Industry leaders will convene at the Four Seasons Las Vegas on December 3-4 for the Novogradac 2026 Housing Tax Credit Finance Conference. The two-day event aims to distill the impact of recent mid-term elections and federal regulatory shifts into actionable strategies for the upcoming fiscal year.
Participants will examine the broader landscape of tax credit equity and lending markets, with specific focus on how new congressional priorities might alter state allocation plans. The agenda includes technical sessions on asset management and operating costs, alongside a social impact breakfast dedicated to fostering more inclusive development environments. Jeff Nishita, a partner at Novogradac and conference chair, noted that the gathering is designed to address critical questions regarding LIHTC allocations and the evolving expectations of investors in a post-election climate.
Beyond the primary sessions, Novogradac will host three specialized workshops on December 2. These sessions cover core LIHTC fundamentals, long-term property forecasting over the 15-year compliance period, and strategies for navigating the complexities of asset maturation. The conference is co-hosted by Hunt Companies, with additional support from sponsors including PNC Bank, Polsinelli, and R4 Capital.
