Invesco Mortgage Capital Declares October Dividend
Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock for October 2026. The payment is scheduled for November 16, 2026, for shareholders of record as of October 26, 2026, with an ex-dividend date also set for October 26.
Alongside the dividend declaration, the Atlanta-based real estate investment trust released preliminary financial metrics for the period ending September 30, 2026. The company reported a total investment portfolio of $8.0 billion, including To-Be-Announced (TBA) securities. Management estimates the book value per common share at $6.74.
Liquidity remains a focal point for the firm, which reported $401.3 million in unrestricted cash and unencumbered investments. Leverage figures show a debt-to-equity ratio of 7.6x, while the economic debt-to-equity ratio, which accounts for off-balance sheet financing, stands at 8.3x. The company’s repurchase agreement borrowings totaled $6.8 billion as of the end of September. These figures remain unaudited, and management cautioned that ongoing closing processes for the quarter could result in revisions.
