Knox Systems Pairs With OpenPolicy to Accelerate Federal Market Entry
Contracts follow relationships, and relationships follow an understanding of policy, says Irina Denisenko, CEO of Knox Systems. To bridge that gap, the federal managed cloud provider is integrating OpenPolicy’s AI-driven intelligence platform to help commercial SaaS and AI vendors navigate the complex regulatory environment required to secure government business.
Knox Systems, known for accelerating FedRAMP and DISA-authorized cloud deployments, aims to move beyond compliance by offering clients a direct pipeline into government policy networks. The collaboration allows vendors entering the federal space to leverage OpenPolicy’s tools to identify key agency contacts and legislative shifts that directly influence procurement decisions. By embedding policy intelligence into the initial go-to-market strategy, Knox intends to shorten the timeframe between achieving technical compliance and winning federal contracts.
Under the new agreement, Knox customers gain access to a 14-day trial of the OpenPolicy platform, alongside specialized go-to-market consultations and alignment sessions. This move follows a similar partnership with the government-focused CRM firm Belisar, signaling a broader effort by Knox to build a comprehensive ecosystem for cloud providers. Amit Elazari, CEO of OpenPolicy, noted that many firms treat policy as an afterthought, whereas this partnership forces companies to align their growth strategy with the priorities of government buyers from the outset.
