WEC Energy Group Maintains Dividend Streak With New Quarterly Payout
For the 337th consecutive quarter, Milwaukee-based WEC Energy Group is returning capital to its investors. The utility giant’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of 95.25 cents per share on common stock, a streak of consistent shareholder returns that stretches back to 1942.

The payout is scheduled for distribution on Dec. 1, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of Nov. 13. This latest declaration reinforces the company's long-standing financial policy for its roughly 31,000 recorded shareholders.
WEC Energy Group operates as a major utility provider across Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota, serving approximately 4.8 million customers. Beyond its core utility business, the S&P 500 component manages a diverse portfolio of electric generation plants and renewable energy facilities spanning from South Dakota to Texas. With over $53 billion in total assets, the company continues to anchor its regional infrastructure through a network of subsidiaries including We Energies, Peoples Gas, and Minnesota Energy Resources.
