Asus Releases Experimental FSR 4.1 Update for ROG Ally Handhelds
Owners of the Microsoft and Asus collaboration handhelds can now test FSR 4.1, a significant update currently available through the preview channel. This early release invites enthusiasts to experiment with the latest upscaling technology, though the manufacturer cautions that the software remains in a state of active development and potential instability.
To access the update, navigate to the Command Center and open the Armory Crate SE application. From there, select the Update Center and check the Preview Updates section to trigger the download. Asus explicitly notes that this build is tailored for users who prioritize testing cutting-edge features over absolute system reliability. Because this is an experimental release, expect occasional bugs or performance inconsistencies during gameplay sessions.
