Chandra Narayanan, a co-founder of Sundial, will spearhead the integration as he takes charge of Meta’s data analytics tooling and agents division. This appointment was confirmed by Meta’s chief data officer, Alex Shultz, who views the acquisition as a strategic move to bolster the company's internal technical capabilities. By absorbing the Sundial team, Meta gains direct access to proprietary workflows and personnel already familiar with the company's unique data landscape, bypassing the typical friction associated with external software adoption.
