Meta adds customizable Spaces to its Muse AI assistant
Muse users can now build app-like “spaces” around tasks such as shopping, schoolwork or music tracking, then update them through prompts and direct edits. Meta says the customizable experiences can also pull current information from connected apps.

Users create a space by describing what they want, and can keep refining it by asking Muse to make changes. Available examples include a shopping hub, school dashboard, music tracker and trivia game. Within a space, users can check off items, add notes and make edits.
When connected to a relevant app, a space can update details such as prices and dates in the background, Meta says. Users can place spaces in the Muse app’s sidebar or main tab and schedule when they appear. Meta gave the example of keeping a weekly planner visible during the workweek and switching to weekend plans on Saturday.
The rollout to all Muse users comes alongside a “specialized” version of Meta’s Muse Wonder AI model. Meta is also exploring ways for users to share spaces and collaborate on them.
