Bruce Buffer Debuts Custom King & Bay Suit at UFC Freedom 250

Under the bright lights of The White House, Bruce Buffer stepped into the Octagon at UFC Freedom 250 wearing a bespoke Stars & Stripes suit. The garment, crafted by luxury menswear house King & Bay, marked a patriotic centerpiece for the event’s celebration of America’s semiquincentennial and Flag Day.

The suit required 64 hours of labor to complete, featuring a jacquard-weave jacket embellished with gold stars and tuxedo trousers finished with 24-karat gold thread stripes. Master Clothier Hozefa Hararwala noted that the design aimed for a balance of presence and sophistication, avoiding the trap of costume aesthetics to ensure the piece held its own under arena lights.

This collaboration follows a decade-long partnership between the announcer and the brand, including a previous commission for Buffer’s 30th anniversary with the UFC. To commemorate the event, King & Bay has released a limited run of 40 replicas made from the same high-end fabric, with each piece featuring an autograph from Buffer inside the lining.
