Extole Debuts AI-Integrated Platform for Enterprise Incentive Programs
San Francisco-based Extole has unveiled a suite of AI-ready developer tools designed to streamline the creation and management of personalized incentive programs. By integrating directly with platforms like Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT, the company aims to help technical teams accelerate the deployment of referral, loyalty, and reward campaigns at enterprise scale.

The update centers on the Extole Model Context Protocol (MCP), which grants AI agents permissioned access to configure program logic, inspect settings, and validate setups before a campaign goes live. By allowing marketers to use plain language to verify reward status or modify program parameters, the platform seeks to bridge the gap between complex backend requirements and rapid marketing execution. Beyond the AI integration, Extole has expanded its core API surface, SDKs, and CLI tooling to provide developers with a more robust infrastructure for building custom engagement flows.
CEO Matthew Roche noted that as companies face pressure to increase revenue with leaner teams, the platform acts as a secure foundation for managing offer eligibility, fraud prevention, and auditability. Instead of rebuilding incentive architecture from scratch, businesses can now leverage Extole’s trusted delivery layer to deploy lifecycle rewards and welcome offers. This shift marks a strategic move to position the company as critical infrastructure for marketing teams navigating the AI-driven landscape.
