VITURE Launches Helix, First AI Safety Glasses Powered by NVIDIA

At the Augmented World Expo 2026 in Long Beach, VITURE unveiled Helix, an industrial-grade wearable platform designed to integrate real-time multimodal AI into clinical and laboratory environments. Built on NVIDIA’s new XR AI solution, the glasses aim to automate compliance and provide live coaching for complex technical workflows.

The device functions as a standalone unit, bypassing the need for a companion smartphone. It features a 12MP first-person camera, a four-microphone array, and integrated stereo speakers housed within a frame engineered to meet ANSI Z87.1 safety standards. By streaming a wearer's perspective directly to NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, the system provides immediate guidance on standard operating procedures while capturing full-provenance data for organizational records.

This launch represents a strategic pivot for VITURE, which currently holds a top position in the AR/XR display glasses market. The platform was developed in partnership with research teams at Stanford and Princeton, where it has already been tested in wet-lab and life sciences settings. Following these successful pilots, the company is targeting broader applications in pharmaceutical operations and healthcare. The hardware is scheduled to ship in Q1 2027 starting at $600, with enterprise pilot programs currently invite-only.
