First Horizon Bank Expands Atlanta Executive Ranks
First Horizon Bank has overhauled its Atlanta leadership structure, appointing five senior vice presidents to spearhead commercial, private client, and retail operations. The move signals a concerted effort by the Memphis-based institution to capture greater market share across Georgia through specialized wealth management and expanded commercial banking services.

Daniel Bolongaro and Tom Mabon join the bank as Commercial Banking Leaders, bringing a combined 60 years of industry experience to the Atlanta market. Bolongaro, previously active in Alabama and California, will focus on team development, while Mabon leverages an extensive international and regional background to manage the bank’s middle-market portfolio.
Internal growth also features prominently in the reorganization, as 10-year veteran Jeff Fairchild steps into the role of Private Client Leader. He is tasked with integrating deposit and lending solutions for high-net-worth clients. The leadership expansion is rounded out by Crystal Aldredge, who joins as Trust Services Regional Manager to oversee fiduciary solutions, and Leon Blue, who takes charge of retail operations across Georgia and North Florida. Alex Morton, Atlanta Market President, noted that the appointments are designed to accelerate the bank's local momentum by prioritizing consistent client service and deep community engagement.
