WellSync’s BoomRx Hits $70 Million Run Rate as Clinic Adoption Surges

Less than a year after its July 2025 launch, pharmaceutical technology platform BoomRx has eclipsed a $70-million annualized run rate. The Tampa-based subsidiary of WellSync is now handling over 40,000 monthly orders, signaling a rapid shift toward automated prescription management for virtual-care providers nationwide.

The platform currently supports a network of more than 4,500 clinics across all 50 U.S. states and territories. With a month-over-month growth rate of 20 percent and an 85 percent client retention rate, the service has become a primary infrastructure tool for high-volume medical operations specializing in weight management, hormone therapy, and wellness.

WellSync CEO Fabian Calvo attributes the growth to the platform’s ability to bypass traditional administrative bottlenecks in prescription sourcing. By consolidating multi-pharmacy workflows into a single portal, the system assists clinics in navigating complex state-by-state shipping requirements and pharmaceutical supply-chain volatility. According to BoomRx co-founder and president Kurt Lunkwitz, recent technical updates were specifically engineered to curb industry-wide risks such as counterfeit medications and improper storage, while simultaneously accelerating order fulfillment for providers.
