HawkEye 360 Appoints New Leadership to Direct ISA Division
Following its May public offering, Herndon-based HawkEye 360 has restructured its Innovative Signal Analysis division by appointing Cory Peichel as Senior Vice President and General Manager, alongside Mark Volpi, who assumes the role of Vice President and Deputy General Manager to oversee mission delivery and strategic execution.

Peichel will take full executive responsibility for the division’s business performance, reporting directly to HawkEye 360 Chief Operating Officer Todd Probert. His mandate focuses on scaling customer-facing operations and ensuring technical execution across the company’s portfolios. Volpi, acting as his deputy, is tasked with maintaining organizational continuity and aligning ISA’s strategic goals with the broader public company’s objectives.
Both executives were instrumental in the integration process during the company’s transition to the public market. Probert noted that their combined expertise in signal intelligence and mission-critical defense analytics is intended to accelerate the firm's capacity to address emerging national security threats. While founders Stacy Kniffen and David Stevens are stepping back from their primary management duties, they will remain involved with the firm to ensure the continuity of existing client commitments.
