The accolade, rooted in confidential employee feedback, highlights the company's ability to maintain high levels of trust and collaboration among a distributed workforce of 300 professionals.
Employees in Spain, Croatia, Serbia, the United Kingdom, and Cyprus awarded the company scores ranging from 86% to 92%, consistently exceeding global benchmarks. This feedback underscores the effectiveness of Mercuryo’s approach to maintaining team cohesion and autonomy despite the challenges of a decentralized, cross-border business model.
