Employees in Spain, Croatia, Serbia, the United Kingdom, and Cyprus awarded the company scores ranging from 86% to 92%, consistently exceeding global benchmarks. This feedback underscores the effectiveness of Mercuryo’s approach to maintaining team cohesion and autonomy despite the challenges of a decentralized, cross-border business model.

"Building a strong culture is an ongoing commitment," said Yulia Bogomolova, Chief Human Resource Officer at Mercuryo. She noted that the company prioritizes ensuring staff feel empowered and connected to the firm’s mission regardless of their physical location. As the business continues to scale its infrastructure, which currently serves over seven million users and supports 200 B2B partnerships, it remains focused on recruiting across engineering, compliance, and product development to sustain its growth trajectory.
