Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III and CEO William Horne are scheduled to address stockholders at 2:30 PM PT to review the company’s evolving energy strategy. The Michigan campus remains a central focus with a long-term development target of 340 MW, while recent utility-related developments in Montana have opened a path for an additional 250 MW of capacity across two distinct sites.

A key element of the upcoming discussion involves the potential deployment of small modular reactors (SMRs). Management views this nuclear technology as a critical component for ensuring scalable and reliable power, which they identify as a primary competitive differentiator in the high-performance computing market. While these growth targets are ambitious, the company notes that all expansion remains subject to regulatory approvals, financing, and ongoing infrastructure studies.

Beyond power capacity, the call will cover the company's broader digital infrastructure roadmap, including robotics initiatives and its long-term Bitcoin treasury strategy. Interested parties must register for the session via the company's designated webinar portal, as the firm prepares to transition its corporate structure following the planned divestiture of Ault Capital Group in 2027.
