Wolfango Piccoli Joins Consello to Lead UK Geopolitical Advisory
Wolfango Piccoli, a veteran of Teneo and Eurasia Group, has been appointed Managing Director of Geopolitics at Consello UK. Tasked with expanding the firm’s geopolitical advisory practice, Piccoli brings two decades of experience to an area increasingly prioritized by global executives facing complex regulatory and supply chain risks.
Piccoli previously founded the geopolitical risk advisory business at Teneo and served as the head of the London office for Eurasia Group during the Eurozone crisis. His background includes advising financial institutions and public sector entities on political and economic volatility. He holds a PhD in International Politics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
Declan Kelly, founder and CEO of Consello, noted that geopolitical disruption has become a central concern for corporate leadership in an interconnected financial ecosystem. Piccoli will lead efforts to translate global instability into strategic business decisions, focusing on market diversification and reputational resilience. The appointment signals a push by the New York-headquartered advisory and investing platform to bolster its presence in London and across its international offices.
