The program targets the dangerous window between 5 PM on July 4 and 10 AM on July 5. To participate, residents aged 21 and older must submit their receipt and photo identification through the firm’s website within 10 business days. The firm will issue reimbursement checks for up to $35, including a 10% tip, for a single one-way trip within the greater Houston area. Participation is capped at the first 30 qualifying submissions.
