Datar, currently Corporate Vice President for AI Platform and Quantum at Microsoft, joins the board with a background in scaling cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology. His tenure at Microsoft includes a stint as COO for Azure and experience within the venture capital sector. Alongside him, Leanne Wood brings decades of experience in organizational transformation, having previously managed human resources for 100,000 employees at Vodafone, with additional leadership tenures at Burberry and Diageo.

These appointments arrive as the firm enters its first full year of private operation under the backing of Advent International and Corvex Private Equity. Board Chairman Carmine Di Sibio noted that the inclusion of Datar and Wood is intended to bolster the firm’s ability to guide clients through complex digital and cultural shifts. They join a governing body that recently expanded to include CEO Tom Monahan as Vice Chairman and President Tom Murray, creating a blend of internal leadership and private equity oversight.
