Centene Adds Former JPMorgan Executive Lauren M. Tyler to Board

Lauren M. Tyler, a veteran financial executive with three decades of leadership experience, has joined the Centene Corporation Board of Directors. Effective June 19, 2026, her appointment adds expertise in corporate audit, human capital strategy, and investor relations to the healthcare company’s oversight committees.

Tyler brings a resume defined by two decades at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she served as Global Firmwide Chief Auditor and Global Head of Human Resources for Asset and Wealth Management. Her background also includes roles at Morgan Stanley and TSG Capital Partners. Beyond her new position at Centene, she currently maintains board seats at Cencora, Inc. and Guardian Life.

CEO Sarah M. London cited Tyler’s track record in navigating complex global organizations as a critical asset for Centene’s ongoing evolution. Tyler will contribute to the company’s mission of expanding healthcare access by serving on both the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Talent Committee. Her academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
