At Customer Contact Week 2026 in Las Vegas, Sanas announced a major expansion of its real-time Speech AI platform. The company is moving beyond enterprise-only contracts by launching self-service access and a developer SDK, while scaling its accent and language translation capabilities to support more than 30 languages.

Previously limited to Fortune 100 giants like UnitedHealth Group and American Express, the platform now offers a new developer experience for embedding speech enhancement into external applications. By shifting from exclusive enterprise deployments to a broader model, the company aims to reduce transcription errors and improve communication clarity across diverse digital environments. The update also introduces Speech Intelligence, a feature providing real-time sentiment analysis, fraud detection, and automated PII redaction. Processing occurs directly on-device, allowing healthcare and financial firms to monitor compliance without exposing sensitive data to external cloud systems. This move follows successful implementations, including a reported $2 million in savings and a 70% reduction in speech clarity complaints at UnitedHealth Group. CEO Sharath Keshava Narayana stated that by fixing speech signals at the source, the company improves the performance of every downstream system connected to the interaction. Developers can now integrate these tools without the lengthy procurement cycles traditionally required for global contact center solutions.
