Peregrine Technologies Secures $250 Million to Scale AI Platform
With a fresh $250 million Series D infusion, Peregrine Technologies has reached a $6.8 billion valuation. The San Francisco-based firm, which specializes in unifying fragmented government and enterprise data, is leveraging the capital to accelerate its international expansion and broaden its footprint in the public safety sector.

Led by existing backers including Sequoia Capital and Fifth Down Capital, the round underscores the growing demand for AI tools that prioritize governance and auditability over raw data collection. Peregrine’s platform acts as a connective layer for siloed systems, allowing agencies to manage information within strict, permission-aware environments. According to co-founder and CEO Nick Noone, the company’s focus remains on high-stakes operations where precision and privacy are non-negotiable.
The company’s reach has grown significantly, now supporting over 400 agencies across North America and serving a population of 125 million. Its software has been deployed for large-scale event coordination at the Super Bowl and the World Series, and has played a role in tactical operations, such as identifying a child abduction suspect in Fairfax County in under 15 minutes. Beyond public safety, the firm is currently launching commercial pilots in financial services and travel while establishing new offices in Toronto and London. CTO Ben Rudolph noted that the platform’s core value lies in providing AI with the organizational context required to navigate complex, real-world workflows safely.
