Since launching eosera® in 2015, Dickerson has built a company focused on specialized ear health, including products like EAR WAX MD® and EAR ITCH MD®. The Tory Burch Foundation, established in 2009, operates with the ambitious goal of generating $1 billion in economic impact by 2030 through its support of women-led enterprises.

Dickerson views the fellowship as a critical step for scaling her business, noting that the company is currently at a turning point for broader market reach. Beyond her work at eosera®, she remains active in the startup ecosystem, serving on the board of the Fort Worth technology incubator TechFW and leading the eosera® Foundation to provide resources for other women entrepreneurs. The fellowship provides her with a platform to refine her leadership strategy while continuing to advocate for female-led business growth.
