MindMaze Shareholders Reject Capital Increase Proposal
MindMaze Therapeutics shareholders rejected a proposed increase in conditional share capital during the company's annual general meeting in Geneva on June 25, 2026. While the board secured a qualified majority on most agenda items, this specific financial expansion failed to gain the necessary support from investors.

The meeting saw the re-election of Walid Hanna as Chairman of the Board, alongside directors Olaf Blanke and Martin Reiss. Shareholders also expanded the board by electing Brad Hollinger, who leads Vibra Healthcare, and MindMaze Therapeutics CEO Zach Henderson as new members.
Beyond the board composition, investors formalized the company's 2025 financial direction by approving the annual report, compensation packages for executives, and the appointment of statutory auditors. The company plans to release a comprehensive breakdown of the voting results on its corporate website later today.
