Mark Cravotta Joins Spektrum Labs to Scale Cyber Resilience Platform
By 2028, half of all CISO programs will shift their focus from traditional cybersecurity to cyber resilience, according to Gartner. To capitalize on this industry pivot, Spektrum Labs has appointed 25-year veteran Mark Cravotta as Chief Operating Officer, tasking him with scaling the company’s AI-first Fusion infrastructure globally.

Cravotta arrives at Spektrum Labs following a series of high-growth leadership roles, including stints as Chief Revenue Officer at CoreView and Keeper Security. His background in scaling organizations backed by private equity firms aligns with Spektrum’s strategy to position its platform as the definitive source of cryptographic proof for security, continuity, and insurance stakeholders. During his time at Crypsis Digital Security, Cravotta played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Palo Alto Networks, a track record CEO J.J. Thompson intends to leverage as the company moves beyond its stealth-launch phase.
As COO, Cravotta will manage global go-to-market execution, focusing on channel partners to meet the demand from insurers and enterprises. He argues that the current security landscape, where AI-driven threats can bypass traditional defenses in minutes, requires a shift toward continuous measurement. Spektrum’s Fusion platform aims to replace static checklists with verifiable operational data, providing a unified ecosystem for board reporting and risk management. With this appointment, Spektrum Labs looks to solidify its infrastructure as the standard for organizations seeking to prove their resilience in an increasingly volatile digital environment.
