Shareholders of Energy Fuels Inc. re-elected all seven management-proposed directors during the company’s annual virtual meeting held June 24, 2026. The results, confirmed through a mix of proxy and electronic polling, cement the current leadership team as the Denver-based firm continues its push into uranium, rare earth elements, and medical isotopes.

The board remains composed of Ross R. Bhappu, Benjamin Eshleman III, Barbara A. Filas, Bruce D. Hansen, Jaqueline Herrera, Dennis L. Higgs, and Michael H. Stirzaker. Support for the candidates was robust across the board, with Michael H. Stirzaker securing the highest margin of approval at 99.61 percent. Benjamin Eshleman III and Dennis L. Higgs saw the most significant opposition, though both still cleared the threshold for election with approximately 89 percent of the vote in their favor.

Energy Fuels currently maintains its position as a primary U.S. producer of natural uranium concentrate, supplying nuclear utilities from its operations, including the White Mesa Mill in Utah. Beyond its core uranium activities, the company is actively expanding its portfolio to include rare earth elements and heavy mineral sands projects across Australia, Brazil, and Madagascar, alongside ongoing research into medical isotopes for cancer treatment.
