UniAthena Launches 12 Specialized DBA Programs for Working Professionals

The modern workplace generates complex challenges that cannot always be solved through conventional management approaches, according to UniAthena CEO Firoz Thairinil. To address this, the institution has introduced 12 new Doctor of Business Administration programs, developed in partnership with Italy’s Guglielmo Marconi University to provide advanced research pathways for leaders.

These 180 ECTS programs are designed to bridge the divide between academic theory and practical business application. Delivered entirely online, the curriculum begins with foundational research methodologies before moving into the execution of an original doctoral dissertation. The initiative broadens UniAthena's existing doctoral portfolio, which already includes a partnership with UCAM in Spain.

Students can select from a wide range of specialized tracks, including Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Sustainable Business, alongside core management disciplines like Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resource Management. By offering flexible learning schedules, the program allows experienced professionals to conduct high-level research without stepping away from their current corporate commitments. Each track aims to equip graduates with the critical thinking skills necessary to navigate digital transformation and increasingly complex global operating environments.
