Jilian Grooms Named to Inner Circle of Excellence
Jilian Grooms, the Membership Director for Oak View Group at Vanderbilt University, has been inducted into The Inner Circle as a Pinnacle Professional Member. Her recognition follows over 14 years of driving membership sales and operational strategy across high-profile sports and hospitality venues in the Nashville area.
Grooms currently spearheads a social club project at Vanderbilt that merges the high-energy atmosphere of stadium sports with the refined service standards of a private country club. Her career trajectory is defined by a consistent ability to scale engagement, notably through her work with the Nashville Predators, the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, and Topgolf. During her tenure at Topgolf, she managed sales efforts for the Nashville opening and supported the rollout of more than 20 locations nationwide.
Beyond her operational roles, Grooms leverages a background as a former NCAA Division I golfer to inform her leadership style. A graduate of Murray State University, she now balances her professional responsibilities with a commitment to mentoring young women entering the sports industry. Her focus remains on breaking down barriers in male-dominated fields while refining the intersection of community building and premium hospitality.
