Sermatec Expands European Footprint with Intelligent Storage Solutions
At Intersolar Europe 2026 in Munich, Sermatec unveiled a suite of high-density energy storage systems and digital management tools. The company used the exhibition to sign multiple international partnership agreements, signaling an aggressive push to scale its utility-scale and commercial storage infrastructure across the European market.
The company’s latest hardware lineup features the SERLATTICE 7.04MWh liquid-cooled system, which achieves an energy density of 477kWh/m² and a round-trip efficiency of 95%. For industrial clients, the EASYCUBE 261kWh all-in-one cabinet offers a plug-and-play solution designed for peak-valley arbitrage and renewable integration. These hardware offerings are tethered to the Nebulos intelligent platform, which aggregates assets for virtual power plant participation while providing real-time data for grid operators.
Safety remains a focal point, highlighted by the debut of the MOFS thermal runaway prediction box, capable of identifying risks two to three hours before they escalate. Beyond the tech stack, Sermatec is banking on a localized service model to secure its market position. By maintaining dedicated support networks across Central and Eastern Europe, the firm aims to provide predictable lifecycle costs for projects currently operating in diverse climates, ranging from the salt-laden coastal regions of Spain to the demanding industrial environments of the Czech Republic and Croatia.
