EVB Charging Targets North American Market with Certified DC Hardware
As North American electric vehicle adoption accelerates, Wenzhou-based EVB Charging is positioning its BDC-D-UL fast charger to meet rigorous safety and efficiency benchmarks. The hardware arrives with both UL and ENERGY STAR certifications, aiming to satisfy growing commercial demand for compliant, long-term infrastructure solutions in the United States.

The BDC-D-UL unit serves as a centerpiece for the company's regional strategy, designed to address buyer requirements for interoperability and operational reliability. A 240kW installation already active in Sterling Heights, Michigan, serves as a proof-of-concept for the manufacturer's practical deployment capabilities. Beyond core safety certifications, the charger offers a flexible power range from 60kW to 320kW to accommodate varying commercial parking and destination charging needs.
Technical specifications emphasize future-ready integration, featuring support for OCPP 2.0.1 and ISO 15118 protocols. These standards facilitate remote firmware updates and scalable power management, allowing site operators to adjust performance as fleet requirements evolve. By focusing on these industry-recognized frameworks, EVB Charging intends to bridge the gap between initial hardware investment and sustained utility for workplace and commercial charging environments.
