Dar Global and FENDI Casa Unveil Azure Oceanfront Villas in Oman
Perched 130 meters above the Gulf of Oman, the new Azure Oceanfront Villas project brings Italian high fashion to the Sultanate. The collaboration between developer Dar Global and FENDI Casa introduces 19 ultra-luxury mansions to the AIDA clifftop community, marking the first residential project in Oman featuring interiors by the iconic fashion house.
The development occupies a prime position within the sprawling 4.3 million-square-meter AIDA site, a gated community currently under construction in Muscat. Each of the 19 mansions offers direct beach access and panoramic sea views, paired with private amenities including dedicated outdoor pools and modern fitness centers. The project aims to capitalize on rising demand for branded residences in the region, blending the rugged geography of Oman’s coastline with refined, high-end Italian design.
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, described the launch as a pivotal moment for the local luxury market, citing a surge in interest from international investors. Beyond these villas, the broader AIDA development is designed as a destination for global capital, featuring an 18-hole golf course, luxury hotels, and members-only facilities. By integrating FENDI Casa’s aesthetic into the Muscat landscape, the developers intend to set a new benchmark for upscale coastal living in the Sultanate.
