GreenCore Solutions Launches AI Procurement Tools and Asia-Pacific JV

The new infrastructure functions as a real-time mapping system, connecting manufacturers, retail banners, and complex procurement playbooks. By utilizing Agent Skills—compact files that translate product data into ACM-68000 status codes—the company enables SKUs to become immediately orderable by buyer agents. CEO Matthew Keddy argues that without this layer, AI agents operate blindly, struggling with eligibility and token efficiency. The system currently processes over 300 million datapoints, with the SPARKS resolution engine ensuring pack and size requirements match specific market needs.

Simultaneously, the company has finalized a definitive joint venture, GSC Agentic Pty. Ltd., to expand its operations across Australia and Asia. The entity will handle regional sales and onboarding for manufacturers in the hygiene, beauty, and personal care sectors. Director Brendan Farrugia noted that the venture allows manufacturers to deploy managed AI sales agents without the burden of internal IT development. As retail chains increasingly rely on automated buying systems, GreenCore is positioning its human-in-the-loop oversight model as a necessary safeguard for the burgeoning AI-led commerce market.
