Energy UK is the energy industry trade association with over 100 members covering all aspects of the energy sector - from established FTSE 100 companies to new, growing suppliers and manufacturers that currently represent over half of our members.

The company represents the diverse nature of the UK energy industry, and its members provide nearly 80% of the UK's electricity generation and over 95% of the energy supply to 28 million homes in the UK and many businesses.

The energy industry invests £ 13 billion annually, provides almost £ 30 billion in gross value added in addition to nearly £ 100 billion in economic activity through its supply chain and interactions with other sectors, and supports over 700,000 jobs across the country.

Energy UK has been accredited to the Investors in People Standard, which underlines its commitment to its employees. Investors in People is a people management standard. The standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people to achieve sustainable success.
