Harry MacIntyre, a veteran of private equity-backed and public sectors, has been named Chief Financial Officer of Atlanta-based Skyline Roofing Partners. MacIntyre arrives at Skyline with over a decade of executive financial experience. His previous tenure as CFO of Alloy Roofing and his time as Treasurer of Specialty Building Products provide a background in managing complex financial initiatives. He also held leadership roles overseeing FP&A and Treasury functions at RaceTrac Petroleum, refining a strategy focused on high-growth environments.

CEO Mike Midgett highlighted MacIntyre’s capacity for financial rigor and operational oversight as essential to the company’s expansion. For his part, MacIntyre noted that he intends to leverage the firm’s existing reputation to build a best-in-class service platform alongside Imperial Capital. Founded in 2023, Skyline Roofing Partners continues to consolidate regional brands, utilizing a people-first approach to drive value across its U.S. network.
