Momar Secures Spot on Selling Power’s Top Sales Employers List
For the fourth year in a row, Atlanta-based manufacturer Momar has earned a place on Selling Power magazine’s annual ranking of the 60 Best Companies to Sell For. The distinction highlights the company’s ability to maintain high standards for its sales force amidst a challenging 2026 business climate.

CEO Julian Mohr, Jr. attributes this streak of recognition to a corporate culture established in 1947 that prioritizes staff support over simple transaction volume. He noted that the consistency reflects a team focused on solving industrial client problems rather than pushing products. The company, which specializes in maintenance chemicals and facility solutions, credits its success to the collective efforts of district managers and behind-the-scenes support staff.
Selling Power’s selection process involved a rigorous analysis of over 200 candidates. Researchers evaluated firms based on compensation structures, training programs, diversity initiatives, and the integration of artificial intelligence into sales workflows. According to Selling Power founder Gerhard Gschwandtner, the firms included in this year's list distinguish themselves by investing heavily in the tools and environments necessary for their professionals to thrive in a competitive market.
