Investors File Class Action Against Insulet Corporation Over Product Risks
A class action lawsuit has been launched against Insulet Corporation, targeting the company for allegedly misleading shareholders regarding the safety and manufacturing integrity of its insulin delivery systems between February 21, 2025, and May 26, 2026.

The complaint filed by Robbins LLP asserts that Insulet failed to disclose critical defects in its manufacturing controls. These oversights reportedly created heightened risks that the company's products—specifically the Omnipod 5, Omnipod Dash, and Omnipod Eros lines—could violate safety regulations or cause patient injury. The litigation claims these omissions rendered the company's public statements materially false and misleading.
Financial fallout followed a series of voluntary medical device corrections. On March 13, 2026, Insulet shares dropped 6.88% after the company disclosed a manufacturing issue identified through internal monitoring. A second correction, announced in May 2026 regarding potential insulin under-delivery, triggered another 5.07% decline in the company’s stock price. Investors seeking to serve as lead plaintiff in the action must file their documentation with the court by August 31, 2026.
