Joining the home care staff at the 2 p.m. event are nurses from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, who recently returned to their duties after their own period of industrial action. Although those nurses are back in clinical settings, both groups remain deadlocked in contract talks with the health system. Participants plan to use the demonstration to pressure Mass General Brigham to prioritize investments in frontline caregivers before the strike officially concludes at 7:59 a.m. Wednesday.
