MHC Strengthens Leadership in 2026 QKS Group CCM Report
Minneapolis-based MHC has solidified its standing in the Leaders quadrant of the 2026 SPARK Matrix for Customer Communications Management, according to QKS Group. The report recognizes the company for evolving CCM from simple document generation into a sophisticated, AI-driven operating layer for high-volume enterprise communications.

The QKS Group assessment highlights a fundamental market shift where customer communications now integrate content, policy logic, and AI decision-making. MHC NorthStar CCM is cited as a pioneer in this transition, particularly for its early adoption of agentic AI capabilities that allow regulated organizations to manage complex workflows within a unified platform.
Analysts point to several technical differentiators that anchored MHC's ranking. The platform’s Data Modeler allows business users to map data via a drag-and-drop interface, bypassing the need for custom coding. Additionally, the software integrates pre-composition accessibility validation for over 50 specifications, including the European Accessibility Act and WCAG. This preventative approach reduces the compliance risks and costs typically associated with post-production document remediation.
Beyond data handling, the platform demonstrates significant production reliability, currently supporting enterprise clients that generate nearly one billion documents annually. By offering deployment flexibility across hybrid, private cloud, and on-premises environments, MHC provides a stable infrastructure for industries that require strict governance. Saurabh Raj, Principal Analyst at QKS Group, noted that MHC’s focus on control and scalability positions it effectively for large organizations modernizing their communication stacks.
