Drury Hotels Secures 20th JD Power Award for Guest Satisfaction
For the twentieth time, Drury Hotels has claimed the top spot in the JD Power North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index, marking a second consecutive year leading the upscale category. The Missouri-based chain outperformed competitors across all seven measured dimensions in a survey of over 44,000 travelers.

The recognition validates a long-standing business model built on family ownership and consistent amenities. Since the company’s founding in 1973, it has integrated services such as the signature 5:30 Kickback, which provides evening snacks and beverages, and a standardized free breakfast policy. These offerings have become central to the brand's identity as it expands its footprint across the United States.
CEO Chuck Drury attributed the milestone to the daily performance of his staff, noting that the award reflects the company's focus on hospitality despite broader industry shifts. The JD Power study, now in its 30th year, evaluated hotels based on facility quality, staff interaction, connectivity, and overall value. Drury Hotels currently operates more than 150 locations across 30 states, with active development projects in Tennessee and Florida slated for the coming years.
