The capital will fund the construction and equipment of a 53,480-square-foot manufacturing plant. Positioned between Richmond and Atlanta, the site allows the company to tap into high-growth construction markets. According to CEO Dan Helgeson, the project aims to provide accessible, high-wage employment while bolstering Virginia’s forestry products industry.

General Manager Dave Green noted that the support from the Greensville County Economic Development team was pivotal in selecting the Virginia location. The facility, which produces custom wood trusses and structural components, is designed to reach full production capacity rapidly. Rural Development Partners, which has secured over $900 million in tax credit awards since 2004, utilized these credits to bridge the capital gap often faced by manufacturers in underserved areas.
