Cosmetic 360 Shifts Industry Focus Toward Regenerative Innovation
Under the banner of 'Regenerations,' the 12th edition of the Cosmetic 360 trade show arrives at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris on October 14. Organizers seek to move beyond traditional preservation, showcasing a global value chain that prioritizes restorative processes and long-term environmental impact over simple resource consumption.

The event, coordinated by the Cosmetic Valley network, expects 260 exhibitors from 20 countries, including major industry players such as L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, and LVMH Recherche. More than 5,800 decision-makers from 70 nations will gather to evaluate breakthroughs ranging from raw material sourcing to advanced product design. Franckie Béchereau, director of the trade show, noted that the core objective is to transition toward beauty products that provide a net positive contribution to their ecosystems.
This year’s program introduces several specialized zones, including a dedicated space for nutricosmetics and a 'Biotechs 2045' capsule designed to forecast the long-term role of biotechnology. The Startup Village will house 36 emerging companies, while academic institutions will present their latest scientific findings. The gathering is the centerpiece of Cosmetic 360 Week, a six-day series of networking events, industrial site visits, and research-focused discussions running across France through October 17.
