The merger unites PetPeotalk’s behavioral analysis technology—which powers the Dogibogi camera service—with LIMPID’s specialized veterinary nutrition infrastructure. By training models on data from 120,000 users, the team intends to identify subtle behavioral shifts that often precede chronic disease. This integration feeds into Kinfora, a subscription service launched in Korea this July that maps a pet's activity, diet, and history into a evolving health model, essentially creating a digital twin for every animal.

LIMPID CEO Heesu Kim, a veterinarian, emphasizes that the strategy moves beyond simple alerts to provide actionable nutritional interventions. The companies have already collaborated under a government-backed research consortium, developing multimodal AI biomarkers for chronic conditions. With PetPeotalk’s 200 percent revenue growth in 2025 and LIMPID’s own 390 percent year-over-year surge, the combined entity is scaling its reach from domestic research programs to international markets, including recent FDA food facility registration in the United States.
