Casio Unveils Aviation-Inspired G-SHOCK GRAVITYMASTER GWRB3000 Series

Drawing inspiration from the immense force of jets breaking the sound barrier, Casio has launched its latest GRAVITYMASTER collection. The GWRB3000 series integrates high-end engineering with specialized shock and magnetic field detection, aiming to provide precision performance for users operating in demanding, high-speed environments.

The new lineup, consisting of the GWRB3000, GWRB3000B, and GWRB3000A models, utilizes topology optimization to refine its dual hollow structure. By simulating centrifugal forces and vibrations, engineers created a frame that merges a resin shock absorber with a metal protection case. This construction is further bolstered by a Carbon Core Guard structure, which uses carbon fiber-reinforced resin to maintain structural integrity while keeping the watch lightweight.

Technical updates center on the TOUGH MVT 2 system. The movement now includes active shock detection, which corrects hand positioning after heavy impacts, and magnetic field detection to pause movement during interference. Aesthetic and material choices reflect a shift toward both durability and sustainability, featuring non-reflective sapphire crystal, super matte dials, and the incorporation of bio-based resin components. Pricing for the collection spans from $880 for the black IP bezel model to $1,100 for the silver version, with all three variants currently available through the official G-SHOCK website and select retail partners.
