The company’s latest performance reflects a broader recovery among major Chinese corporations, which collectively reported a 7% year-on-year increase in average profits to USD 4.5 billion. For Ping An, this growth was anchored by a 10.3% rise in operating profit attributable to shareholders, which reached RMB 134.415 billion. The group’s equity also surpassed the RMB 1 trillion threshold for the first time in its history.

Central to this expansion is the firm's dual-pronged strategy combining integrated financial services with health and senior care. By the end of 2025, Ping An served 251 million retail customers, maintaining a 99% retention rate among those utilizing three or more product categories. Technological integration played a pivotal role in these results, with AI agents handling 80% of customer service inquiries—totaling 1.7 billion interactions—and facilitating RMB 133.2 billion in sales.

Shareholders have seen consistent returns, with the company announcing a full-year cash dividend of RMB 2.70 per share. This represents the 14th straight year of dividend growth, totaling RMB 48.891 billion. As the company looks toward future cycles, management intends to double down on its "AI in All" initiative to further optimize service efficiency and broaden its international emergency assistance network, which currently spans 233 countries and regions.
